i know this is a stupid question but i took this crap apart a while back and just can't remember what each belt goes around. it's a '79 350sb with v-belts. it has the alternator on the top left and the power steering pump on the right (lookin' at it from the front.) the water pump has a big and a small pulley. it would be alot easier to figure out if i had the old belts but i don't. i do remember there were 2 belts and they were the same length. i'm pretty sure the ones i got from the parts store aren't right bc nothing is working. thanks alot

on my diesel one belt goes around the crank pully, water pump pully , and alt pully the other goes to crank, water pump, and ps pump. 3rd belt went crank, water pump, ac when I had a\c

rear belt is crank, w/pump, power/st
forward belt is crank, w/pump,alt

if you have a smog pummp it will go along with the alt, but it will need to be a much longer belt.

3/8" x 46" belts or 15460's
