there is no juice getting to the starter, I can jump it with a wrench. there is power getting to the cluch relay but not to the starter, there is a module in the fuse relay center, whats this do?

Heat soak bubba.

Us Scout guys deal with all the time. Easy to fix, go down to your auto parts store, buy a Ford starter solenoid and a short battery/starter cable.

*Install the solenoid on the firewall.
*Remove the battery cable (and any other cables) from the starter and hook to the bat side of the sol.
*Move the smaller starter solenoid wire to the start terminal on the Ford sol.
*Run the new short battery cable to from the start side of the Ford sol to the battery side of the starter.
*Now run a short jumper from the battery terminal of the starter, to the starter solenoid.

Should start every time :D

So you are saying that there is power to the starter but no start signal coming from the ignition?

If so sounds like an ignition switch.

Switch to Ford solenoid as mentioned above.
