i bought the above one @ a gun show for $60. its an awsome case. tons of space, carry my ar, extra upper, pistols, and mags. even can carry home my brass in the front pockets.

Yes the 511 and the one from CTD are very similar.
The 511 bag includes a dual MOLLE mag pouch which run 15-30 depending on whose you get.

I have been happy with the CTD bags so far. One of the vendors at our local show always sells them for $90.

Hmmmm 42 plus shipping from CTD, 90 plus sales tax local. No wonder so many people don't like gun shows any more :D

For a soft case they have been great. Everyone has been happy with the CTD bags I have been selling.

The CTD bags and molle gear are made in china. On some of the molle gear I have had issues with zippers falling apart. they really are crap :( They also are not doing much on the seams and edges. Some spots its single stitched. Like the PALs webbing. And over time the raw edges of the nylon are unravling :( So stuff in a utillity pouch ends up getting tangled in a web of string.
But typically worn gear gets a lot more abuse the a rifle case.
I won't be buying any more of the Molle gear. But again, so far the cases are really nice.

These bags cost me a little more....50-vs-42. But I bet they will be better made. Will just have to wait and see I guess.

Yeah, it's a bad ass case.

Double stitched everywhere. Thick, foam padded sides. Fully Rugged.

my thoughts.

Weapons: DPMS LR308 16", LT Mount and Leupold Scope, CMMG AR 16", Eotech
Good construction overall.
Having two larger weapons, I find I must remove both optics before strapping in (not unexpected)
Front pocket could use some expansion capabilities.
Holds both 308 mags, and 6 AR15 mags as well as the eotech and scope but fit is tight.
Would like to compare with a CTD case. Might make this purchase soon for and have 1 weapon per case.

My review:

It's big. Appears very well made and has a lot of padding. No shortage of attachment points both on the outside of the case and inside the pocket. I like that it is rigid enough to stand on end with at least one rifle inside. Haven't tried two yet. Pretty happy with this deal.
