I disassembled my 63" cheveys to wire brush them so there is less resistence in flexing, should i go over it with a coat of spray paint, or not even worry about it?

try to find graphite impregnated paint or you can get plastic inserts that stick in between the leafs to get rid of friction. I could look up the name of a company in the last four wheel drive and sport utility
