Attention Scott at ROCK STOMPER
I am not very happy with your service.First, I bought your bead lock wheels and the bill was $50.00 more than you said it would be. And they did not fit my truck they hit the brake calipers in the back. I called the shop 4 times and left messages with no return calls. The fifth time I called I talked to your counter person. He assured me that you would call me the next evening. But no one ever called so I sold the wheels. Usually I do not deal with someone when they have not treated me right the first time. I gave you a second chance. So I ordered your Hydralic Assist Steering for my Toyota truck on July 11,2002. Was told it would be 5 to 7 days before I would receive my stuff. On the 22nd I still had not received my stuff and was told it was shipped on the 19th. Today is the 30th of July and I have yet to receive my parts. My truck is still sitting apart waiting for my parts to arrive. Has anyone had any problems like this or is it just my bad luck?
