My fuel gauge in my 91 YJ "ticks" almost constantly from past full to what seems to be an accurate position. You can hear the tick like a turn signal. is this a common problem? Solutions? Its mildly annoying.

Maybe, :nuke:. I'd get out and run!!!!! Seriously tho, is the needle bent and bouncing off the face or stop on the gage? Locate a new cluster and swap it out if it buggs you that much. OR,,,,,turn the radio up louder.

more like its getting the power turned on and off every half second. I'll rip apart the dash and look for bad connections after my hand heals up a bit. I think the previous owner might of crossed a few wires.
