First off i have searched and read all the previous treads about this....i am converting to trailer tail lights, 3 wire....i have the trailer converter.... here is my problem......useing a test light i have power going to all of the OEM wires at the rear frame rail where i am installing the converter...ie, power to the brake wire when brake applied, power to running lights when headlights are turned on etc......
after connecting the converter the only power i get on the test lamp after the converter is the running lights. I even went to NAPA and switched it out with another converter.....still the same....
oh...and my ground is good by the way...but even so with out the tail lights even hooked up i get no power to the wires except for the running lights...
any idea what the heck im doing wrong?????
