I have a 350 that I am thinking about building,but am on a limited budget.I was wondering what to expect from a 383 bottom end(3.750 stroke crank,5.7 rods,4.030 bore),stock heads,a mild cam,a 500-650cfm carb,and headers-assuming all parts are properly installed and in good shape?This will be used in a cj7 with a one ton drivetrain.thanks:confused:

You should expect an engine.

Did you have a question that related to your Jeep, other than your engine building preferences?

I am certain I will have many questions, but right now my questions are relating to this engine.I am looking for about 300 hp out of it.I also would like to know where I could get some 1410 yokes for my transfer case(NP205).This jeep isn't close to done yet,I still have a couple of years to tinker around with it on a limited budget until I pay off my WJ,then I can take out some more money and the fun will begin.Until then,I will be wheeling my stock 47' cj2a.:shaking:

Go read JR's thread in General about his dyno test.
