I am going to run the stock manifold on 092. It has the long twin-tube downpipe on it currently. My problem is trying to mount the skinny pedal. It needs to go where the downpipe is. Is anyone using a stock toy manifold? I am thinking about cutting the tubes off at the manifold union and extending them down about 6" to clear the floor pan, but over the skid. Any ideas or pictures of your setup would help. I am not going to put a header on it (at this point in time), I'd rather spend that money on something like gears, etc.

your better off putting the header on now. less work later and its easier to install the exhaust

I notched and boxed my floorboard where the exhaust interferes.
The boxing fell off after a few trips and I never put it back on. With exhaust wrap around the exhaust it has never been a problem.
