I am planning on putting Waggie front springs in my YJ so i can move it forward. Will these springs get me any lift? What years should i be looking for?

my budy got waggy 4inch lift springs from skyjacker and he took them to a local spring shop and had them re-drilled so he could move his axle as far forward as possible. <IMG SRC="smilies/jeep1.gif" border="0">

From 74 until end of production (91), all Wag springs are the same length.
