I did a search and didn't really find what i was looking for...
I am getting ready for my dual case set up and found a 83' case for $100.00 and a 87' turbo case for $100.00 (sorry no trans.. just case :D ) Now I have a 85' with a 22r and 5spd stick with the shifter for the case coming thru the transmission. My question is which case should i buy? I will be using my current case for the reduction box and smaking one of these cases on the end. Well i hope somebody can help me out... :D

you need a forward shift case for the front 1 and a top shifter for the back 1. buy the turbo case.

what is difference between the standard case and the dual case?
(besides the 23 spline input shaft)
Do i need to do anything diffrent to mate the trubo case to the standard case?

I believe the turbo case has a different spline count- 23 vs. 21. I don't think it's a mixin' match kinda thang.

Buy both, but the turbo case is 23 spline and you have a 21 spline case. The 83 case is also 21 spline. So you can get away cheaper with the 83 case.

Just order a dual adapter for the 23 spline tcase. put the
23 spline tcase in the rear then the 23 spline adapter bolted to the rest of the 21 spline tcase.
Or i'll trade you a 21 spline gear for that 23 spline gear if you buy
that turbo case and don't want to use the 23 spline gear.

use the 83 for the front case and the 87 for the rear and just swap the shift rails between the two cases, or just buy the 83 case :flipoff2:
