ok so I saw this truck and it had the chevy 6 lug bolt pattern but it had a Dana 60 FF, did he just turn down the hub and punch in new lugs?

and can this be done for a 5 5.5 it seem to small thow

It probabley a stock unit, its called a "Heavy Half" these were made by both Chevy and Ford. They had 60's with the 1/2 ton SF axles. some had FF axles too.
It's funny they used to beef up half tons, now they lighten up 3/4 tons.
