Damn ! I may have just stumbled into something...I've been saving $ for a new
40 X 64 pole barn, and I just talked to a guy with a 60 x 80 commercial building he has to get rid of asap, I think I can get it for the same price, or less...woa baby !

I'm gonna get with him tuesday, I think I'm gonna take about 7 or $8k in $100 bills with me...those c-notes have mystical powers over people. : )

damn, I'm getting wet here !

You are from California. They still have land available in Michigan.

I never understoof why all of the steel buildings I see in the 'classifieds' papers (Little Nickle, Pennysaver etc) always say 'overstock' 'big sae' etc. Seems like they are always selling 'customer cancelled order' etc..

Whats up with that?

My dad used to sell these, (May still be a dealer too) and most of that is the steel manufacturer sends you the wrong stuff so you have to keep it. Then after about 2-3 years of it sitting there rusting and not being able to use it you sell it. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

I just signed a contract to have my 30x40 built - pole barn style, 11'6" inside height, metal roof & wall, insulated roof, w/ 5" concrete slab - $11,000 not including doors (10x10 & 9x7 overheads - just framed out for them).
