hey does anyone run a extra power steering cooler other than the chincy one for a factory toy. i was out on a vergin run with my 38.5 14.5 15 sx's and i blew the hig pressure line. i picked up a new line and a tranny cooler from the wrecker . from some newer vehicle. has anyone done this?? using a stock pump and box? WILL IT HELP?? is my real question..

i have one. used a med size tranny cooler. has kept it from squeeling/puking. running hyd assist now and i havent had any problems.

I had 35's on my toy with the stock ps box, pump, and no cooler. Down here in the hot texas summers the fluid would get so hot it would boil out of the resivour. I put a little tranny cooler on it under the bed, so it added a whole bunch of extra fluid. The pump still pumps it fine, but it doesn't boil over anymore.

Just picked up a cheapo trannie cooler for $30 from Performance Products. I'm going to put this in series and check it out. Should do the trick and is cheapo.

Don't know about the foreskinner :D , but with the cruiser, this will fit right in front of the stock radiator.
