It needs some work, but it has a brand new goodwrench crate engine mated to a sm465. It needs some work, probably a $1000 to get it looking new again. I'm not sure how the 350 will tow, and what kind of mileage i can expect, but it has no payment book. You could part that truck out on these boards for more than a grand. If it doesn't tow like you think it should, part it out, keep what you want.
