If anyone needs this info I think I figured out a way to shift a 4L60E with a electric shifter and no computer. My prototype is 3/4"x2"x3" long has a shift knob on top and has a Z/S pattern for easy one gear shifting. It has a rod inside that controls two micro switches for each shift solenoid. I have one in my Toyota for it's A340 but had to change the rod configuration for the Chevy trans. Photo of unit in my Toy. I have a few more pictures on my website http://www.radesignsproducts.com

im insterested in the 4l60e shifter i all ready have a aw shift set up that worked with my a340 i just swapped chevy stuff into my truck
