I need to fabricate a rear brake line for the 110 project. I have bulk OEM tubing and some nuts but need some info. Are the OEM lines double flared, or single? What is the diameter of the OEM line (for the purposes of a double flare tool)?

Any suggestions on a good flare tool? The only metric I can find on the net is the Old Forge model (sae and metric). Rigid makes a good SAE flare tool, but I am not sure they make a metric version.

If you are running new line why not convert it to something more standard. Do you have S.S. rover lines sitting around or something?
