Use either chevy 1/2 ton front axle brake backing plates or get some AFCO weld on brackets for about $20.
Use chevy 1/2 brake calipers and depending on bolt pattern you have a set of discs for a older ford or older jeep. assemble it all and then weld the brackets to the axle housing.

Here's how I put ZJ/Explorer discs on my Xj d44 - not sure what's different with the scout 44
