32 footer!!!! Holy crap...anyways lots of people park below the dam at the start of the trail at Loon Lake. If you park there your going to have to do the trail backwards at the end of the event to get back to your rig. Some people park at the bottom of Ice house Rd. at the staging area, and when there done with the trail drive back to their rigs on the road from Lake Tahoe.

You could leave it at Robbs. I think it's about 6 miles from the trial head. Or there is always the spill way.

I would leave it at robs!
That is a pretty big trailer to be parking at the spillway!

take 50 towards tahoe, stop in Polock pines (sly park rd) for some gas and anything else you forgot.....( a 12 pack will do for giving you directions:flipoff2: )

Get back on hwy 50 towards tahoe, about 15 minutes up the rd just past bridal vale falls the river will pass under hwy 50, turn left there on Ice house RD......There is a sign that says something about Crystal Basin camp area.......

Just after you get on icehouse rd, be careful, there is a 15 MPH turn you take to the right..................Follow icehouse rd all the way to robs...........From robs, head up icehouse rd about another 10 minutes.......you will see a sign for loon lake 4 miles to the right....................Where the pavement ends, the fun begins!

Rob's is a bar/store on your right as you're getting close to Loon Lake. There's plenty of room for parking a large rig such as yours, but if I'm not mistaken, they charge a small fee for parking.

I would say that the base of the dam is too tight an area for such a large rig. A better place would be the parking area at the corner of Ice House Road and Hwy. 50. You'll have several miles of pavement to drive with your Zuk from there to Loon Lake, though.

I'd offer to let you park your rig at my place on Echo Summit (halfway between either end of the 'Con) except that I'm already going to have 5 Zuks leaving from here, so space is already too tight, especially for such a big rig as yours. :(
