Anybody with a catalog able to tell me if there is a tre with the same specs as the 2027L except with RH threads? Or how about 1.5 to 2" shorter than the 2026R with the same specs? My parts dude has been looking for a few days and can't find what I need. HELP!!!!

2234R is a common one that has the chevy taper and same 7/8-18 thread.

And I have both of the taps, right and left:flipoff2:

2234R has a smaller diameter on the tapered shank than the 2026R and 2027L, it also doesn't have as much misalignment capability. I'm sure Aggro already knew this.

Really? I was pretty sure they were the same taper and diameter, sorry.

I don't necessarily care about the mis-alignment capability since this will only be for a tie rod but it must have the same 7/8" threads and large taper. I have the opportunity to get a super coolio thick wall cm tie rod for a very good price- but if I can't get it to be the right length then it's not such a screaming deal now is it?! Thanks for any ideas!

Aggro, the 2026R is the only thing that matches that taper, but has right hand threads.

There's a slightly bigger one out there, 0.020 bigger in the taper, 7/8-18, but the taper is quite a bit longer... might work for ya, since the taper's so much longer, you'd just have the end sticking farther out. Napa 269-2635 (RH) or 269-2636 (LH). Quite a bit shorter end, about 2.5" shorter than an ES2027L. Crosses to an ES194L or ES194R. Trying to find an application.

'k, application is a '60-71 Dodge D400/D450 with a 5000 pound front axle, also a '71-73 CB400/MB400 with a 5000 pound front axle.

They're in my Napa book under "1 & 1 1/2 Ton Dodge"; all I can figure is, they're either moving trucks or motor homes.
