one way traffic

As First Vice for the Lake Tahoe HI-los with our adopt a trail being on the tahoe side to the springs it would make it very difficut for us to bring in supplies. We do about three major conservation runs a year and trying to haul concrete sacks down and around to cadillac hill would not be to feesable. so if it is decided to make one way traffic just remember for us some exceptions.
