Anybody know how much shorter the 80 Jeep D300 is than the later ones?? I have an 83 D300 in my 2A but it doesnt leave much room for a rear D-shaft and I can't afford the short shaft kit for it.. so I may be looking to trade for the earlier one if their is enough of a difference..

i think its about an inch shorter..
