Yes, however, you will need an additional left-hand thread tie rod end. The original factory setup uses three right hand thread and one left-hand thread tie rod ends. The RTE setup requires two of each. The part numbers are RTC 5869 (right-hand thread)and RTC 5870 (left-hand thread).

Also, I hope you're not suggesting that you should remove the existing tie rod ends from your truck and put them in the RTE tie rods. It's false economy and do you really want to reuse used steering parts? Even if one buys them from the dealer, it's cheaper than a funeral when a used tie rod end fails.
