What do you guys figure an M38/CJ2a body tub weighs?
How about the whole body combined - grill, hood, fenders, and tub?

prolly less than 250 lbs or so. I could move the tub on my m38 build around easily without any help. It does take more than one guy to pull one off the frame though, especially if you have the stock steering column. It can be done by one person, but its a pain in the ass. My m38 build is in the hardcore section as "wild willy build"

X2 on the 250lb guess. I was able to pull and install mine just fine with 1 other person and it wasn't that much of a struggle either. (CJ-2a)

edit: I'd swag 20-30lb each for the fenders, maybe 40? for the hood. Grill with headlights and rad ducting is probably 40-50.
