I've heard "PB Blaster" and even Kerosene. If you were soaking a parts kit that sat in a moldy dungeon somewhere in Romania since 1986 what chemical would you use? Not to clean, but to loosen up pins and such.

PB blaster, ace hardware's house brand "super penetrant" oil works pretty well, pretty much any penetrating oil.

I use PB Blaster but Kroil seems to be more prevalent in the world of firearms.

I was going to use Kerosene to clean it up and get the dam cosmolene off. Then I think I'll soak it in PB Blaster for good measure. :D

Hitt'n ACe on the way home. Thanks doods.
