i ahve a 83 toyota and i broke my leafs pretty bad, i neeed so right away i have somebody who will sell me theres but ther truck is a 84, will they match up to my 83 there just aftermarket leafs that were meant for a toytoa, ther not chevys or anything where it alters your diff moving forward or back. thanks

Rears, 79-88 all have the same springs. (and 89 4runners, too.)
Front, 79-85 all have the same springs.

all springs 79-85 are the same length so yes they will work.
