My lincoln 100 that i use for little stuff is acting up. I am using .24 solid wire from tractor supply in a 10lb spool. I am using a .24 tip from century which is identical in all ways to the lincoln tips.

My problem. I can weld about a 3" bead and the the wire stops. I can grab it with some pliers and pull and pull the triger and feed out about 2 inches of wire and its fine. Weld another 3 and it fucks up again. same fix everytime.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you need a new liner.

Kind of early but hell there only ~9.00!

This place has the best $ on tips/liners and stuff I have found.

I had the same welder with the same problems. Except mine was only a couple months old. I ended up just returning it to Home Depot and got a big tool box instead.:D
