Hey guys. I searched but didnt come up with much.

I am in the process of instaling HD outputs and rebuilding the D300 for my Zuk buggy. I got it for the most part back together, but when I go to spin it, nothing happens, no spin. I move the gear hub and spin the front output, spins freely along that shaft. I do the same for the input and rear output, same result. I move the hub so it has to go across the intermediate gear, no movement. Complete bind.

Now, I didnt take this case apart, so its possible I could have something in the wrong place. I dont think its a gear issue, because I wouldnt think the int gear would go down far enough for the shaft to go through, which it does.

At first, I thought I had the gear hubs positioned just right which would bind the case, but I know thats not the case, since I have moved them all around.

Any ideas? I can put some pictures up if that may help, may be a little later though.

EDIT - I got it to move, played with some of the preloads and I can force it to move with a rachett on the flange. I think with some preload adjustments it will be just fine.
