Whats up guys... I have been reading the bullitins on pirate for years know and know since my taco is getting created I thought i would post... Im from NOR CAL....SUSANVILLE... I am working in utah I met a some buddys that have wicked machines and they are giving me the fab feaver and worst of all wheeling feever... I had an 83 toy dual cases allpro bed allpro springs and 35s with locked 5.29 axles sold that truck??????? Know i have a tacoma... It looks good 6 inch lift. 35s gears, red with black wheels and sliders... But IT CANT WHEEL... It drove all the way from caly to utah... It drive so good... But it is time to make it crawl...

95 2.7.... where can I find cheap oil pan totaly forgot about that???
D 44 pass drop axle... got it...
16 sway away coil over... got em...
poly performance hooked it up with jjs and tubing....
t case after reading some stuff today??? dunno what to do...

there are a lot of builds on here that you can gather information from, searching would be your best bet. As far as your t-case(s) since you have a passanger drop axle, find a way to adapt 2 early toyota gear driven cases...or bling it up with a stak or atlas...since you've already done dual cases on an 83 it shouldn't be that hard for you to figure it out.

Damn!!! I'm not sure why pics don't load. I will work on it. Truck is done and sitting in CA. It has 16" coil overs front and rear. I went with three links so i could use steering box and stock fuel tank Truck sits and about 27 inches from frame to ground. I am running 39.5 iroks on 17" bead locks. I have 5.38 ring and pinion with the junk fully built d44 with rcv axles and the Yukon locker. The rear is a 14 bolt with disc brakes and the Yukon locker as well. I did go with the different bell housing and old style dual cases.

It sucks. I have huge plans for that truck. new cab. Motor. Tranny. T case. ROLL cage. Front axle. Four Links.

How'd you like the 3-link in the rear?

Truck still drives and wheels great. I like three link a lot. Would not change any thing. My pan hard bar sits Flat. And is way long. I have drove the truck down the highway at 70 and it drives great. The frame on the rear is all cut out and boxed in and the rear shocks are on the outside of the frame.

could you post pics of the rear frame setup? sorry to hear about the mishap :(

The truck is in California and I am in Colorado. As soon I go back I will post up pictures of the frame in rear. As soon as I find a cab I will show pictures with the bed off.
