I definataly dont need the over hang but I will take the wheelbase. Any good write ups or links on doing this? IT's a scrambler. Go find a real cheap 7 body, do the fab work, stretch the rear suspension, do the body work, and get the wheel base your looking for. I have looked myself without much luck. I understand the don't cut it theory, in theory. I have a scrambler that I go back and forth with. to cut or not. Everybody says don't do it, sell it and cut up a cj7. So I tried that. Guess what, everybody wants to buy my scrambler for $3000. I think I will cut it. It would seem that nobody thinks we should cut our scramblers but they don't want to buy them to save them either. They are only a piece of steel just like the rest of the cjs. I just see it as another piece of steel. I could never see a material object as something god like. So, my point again is, if somebody wants to pay to save it ok. If nobody does then when I get ready I will cut it.
