Milwaukee deep cut portaband. I bought it and used the shit out of it. It needs to be refurbished. The blade doesnt stay straight(guides are worn) the wheels(drive and idle) wheels rock so those bearings are done. Dont remember the exact model number at the moment

Those bearings are really easy to change out as are the guides. You can get illustrated parts diagrams at milwaukee's website and order the parts there also.
