I told you guys I was working on the 60 diff guards,
It ain't much , still needs the holes, but it's the hardest part anyway.
the flange was plasma cut, for those of you wondering.

will post more when I can get to work on them more.
anyone with idea's or comments, just jump right in
there and get your feet wet.

Nice work!! Are you going to use round tube across this? Or make something out of some plate for it?

You have these for a 44?
If so id like to see a pic.

Beefy, I'm having a hard time figuring out where to mount my ram for hydro assist with my D44 hi steer setup. I'm thinking of building a new diff cover out of 3/8" and incorporating a ram mount on/into it.

haven't even started on the 44 stuff yet

I think just beefy plate would be best, and look better IMO. Like Wilson said, it'd be a good mount for the hydro assist. I can donate a 44 cover for ya for a template ;)

Go plate, that tube shit would allow rocks to creep in and stag something. Or make a couple of each and see what people buy. Then D/C whichever does not sell. The east coast boys will probably want the tube (for mud drainage:rolleyes:), whereas the West Coast will want the the plate :D
