What size tubeing did you use for your links?
Are you running poly at both ends of the links?
Have you had any trouble with the way you mounted your coils?
I noticed you had tags on your truck.Do you drive it much on the road? Will it handle o.k. at around 55 or 60?If not do you think a sway bar would make it handle at that speed?

1.75 OD, just slightly under 1/2" wall.

Yes.

When I rolled the truck the first time, I bent one of my adjusters. Oops. :)

Relatively much... two or three days a week, plus weekends, whenever I get a chance. Long trips, it doesn't go on, but shorter in-town and similar, it's a lot of fun to run around in.

55, about as well as can be expected on Swampers. 60? It doesn't go that fast except downhill with a tailwind.

Because of the locking radius arm design, a sway bar wouldn't make any difference at all, compared to running with the arms locked. With the arms unlocked, a sway bar would help handling, but that's why I have lockable arms--to make it handle. I don't want it to handle with the arms unlocked--I want it to flex. With the arms locked, I can corner it as fast as I can drive with the screaming hamsterpower of a 190k-mile-ish 22R.

Thanks Alot Scott.I think I've give up on the leaf spring idea.If I can set up a truck to handle good at 55 or 60 and do what your's does thats what I want.I don't think i'll have to cut as much sheet metal as yours because i'm only gonna run 36's.But I am gonna try to set it up as close as possiable to yours as I can.I LOVE IT.:bounce2: :cool2: :bounce2:
