Maybe you can help me out with this one. I tried to find a body lift kit for one or one and half inches for my FJ60. Do I need to fabricate spacers myself?

I think I have seen one at man-a-fre.com. I am not sure about the price.

Nope, e-mailed them and they are considering it as a future product.

I have a 1.75" body lift on my 60 I used polyurethane boat rollers cut down. They came predrilled and I cut metal inserts for them. I've had them on about 3 years and I don't have any cracking or deterioration. The site listed above might be the way to go. On the bolts you can reuse the bolts under the seats and relocate them to the ends to save on some hardware expense. The bolts under the seats are really long and hard to source. My total cost was right about $35. And it took about 45 minutes to do it. I had a friend help. You may need to relocate your radiator if running a stock motor and you may need to bend your shifter to allow it clearance from the body.
