im currently attempting to build a full hydraulic setup for my dana 60 i have avalanche high clearance arms and a 2/8 implement cylinder that i'm attempting to fabricate a bracket to make work the problem that i am having is that w/ the 8" stroke, i can't seem to find any position that will stroke the cylinder fully each direction if i get it turned left and there's 8" exposed, there will be about 1" still exposed in a tight turn the opposite direction it's in a jeep yj if it makes any difference sure could use any suggestions if anyone has encountered a similar situation

I am not understanding the problem fully by the description. Let me clarify my stupidity in not understanding. I take the problem being a problem in the "throw" of the hydraulic cyclinder. Specifically that you have too little throw one way and 1" too much the other way?

I understand you are using a Jeep YJ with a front Dana 60 (or are you doing rear steer?).

P.S. Also if you search in the general 4x4 section you can learn a lot about what others have done in very similar set-ups.
