How many degrees of travel are available in a Dana 60 axle joint?(before it binds)

I took a dana 60 joint and retrofitted it to fit into the center of my dana 44 TTB because I had problems blowing out the stock 44 joint during long travel. I clearanced it for 45 deg. but I think all it goes is about 41-43 deg. I havent used it much with the 60 joint in it but the joint lasted for a few days of wheeling so far. technicaly the joint shouldn't bind til 45 deg. [providing the yolks dont hit one another any thing past that will force the two ends together.
