Tired eyes - need advice on gear pattern!

After better than a dozen set-ups I need some "fresh" eyes to adive on this gear set-up patern. It's a D30HP, pinion preload is at 14 in-lbs., backlash is at 0.007 in.

Add 5 thou to the pinion and go from there.

Probably can use more, but it sucks over shooting.
