Well I posted it this morning but the server failed. The thread was added but no post. Here is post again. I hope we can get the server connection fixed. This sucks.

Step one roll the rig into the service position to stop the oil leak. Step two fix the leak with a bit of JB weld
Step three roll the truck back onto it's feet.

there is just something mentaly wrong with you when you are in the middle of the mohave desert in the middle of the night in a god forsaken bolder strewn canyon and you knock a hole in your oil pan and you think it is fun cause you get to roll your junk as part of the fix. is there a doctor in the house? :D

That neon light helps ultravioletly cure the JB Weld I've heard.:D

Two R and P's in one week, still a good weekend. It wasn't even hot on the lakebed.

Well, I'm no doctor but I think a coupla Vicodins and some Jack should do the trick!

Camo, I found a Taurus for the lakebed activities on Labor Day. It will die a slow painful death. Dynamite would be fun.

If you plan to bring a Taurus you better plan to take it and all it's parts home when your done playing with it. Please don't leave junk cars out there, it's very hard to get them removed. We allready have atleast three to remove at the next JV cleanup.

What he said, and please drain the fluids before thrashing it ;) Hey Chris, I also notice a junjed car at the edge of the lake bed on the way out. Where do we take something like that to throw it away?

Well that one is my fault. At the last clean up I pulled that car from the dunes to the lake bed. The forrest service was going to have a tow truck pickup it up but it was too far away from the road for them. We brought all sorts of trash from all over the valley to that same point on the lake bed. The forrest service got the rest of it with a dump truck, but left the car.

For the next clean up I plan to take that car and a couple of others all the way to the hwy where a truck can get them.

that's pretty cool how easy the Forest Service is making it for us. I thought we would have to trailer it all the way back home and dispose of it here;)
