: ac air compressor questions? fcfred 10-26-2001, 05:23 PM a buddy of mine just found two brand new ac compressors in his shop (forgot he had them) so I'm looking for a tech article on how to make one into an air-compressor for my rig. where would i find this info? I remember an article in one of the magazines a while back, anyone remember where? also what about on the web thaks Bert 10-26-2001, 05:29 PM its no sweat. You just have to oil it each time you use it. Airtool oil. You need a pancake and a 150 psi safety blowoff valve. and a variable pressure regulator. 12 volt switch belt/pully I have a couple articles on it but not with me here. It is the new name for the people who build York compressors.
