I need a clue here. I'm doing my training, doing competitions, doing my wheeling, busting people from jail, hospital and impound when possible but man oh man is it taking forever to level up/gain experience. Do I simply need to start attacking more or is there something else I'm missing?

No, I think it is more of when you are actually online, I was on last night busting as many people as I could, which was a ton because there were so many people online and I actually went from level 6 to level 8 yesterday. I am pretty sure that is why it has taken me so long too. I am usually doing other stuff at night, like actually working on my real rigs! LOL. But I was even on dial up at my house last night and was just able to get that much experience in that short amount of time becuase there was just simply that many people to bust out. And having a ton of glitter to keep refilling your energy so that when the opportunity arises you can do it.
