I did some searching but can't find a definate answer. I have a ford 205 t-case that I am changing the front stock output yoke to a 1410. when I slide it on it's to big to slide all the way back on the shaft. I think its a seal issue but it doesn look like a bigger opening seal would even help. My question is, is the seal all that needs changed to swap yokes or do I need a diffenent output section that bolts to the 205 housing. Thanks for your help in advance.

I have no experience with the 1410 yokes, but if you had a 1310 yoke, there is a bigger seal for the 1330/1350 sized yokes. Take the seal with you to a parts counter and ask for a front case seal from a 79 F-350 4 x 4. That will have the 1330 sized seal. If it fits your 1410 yoke, it will fit the case. If it won't fit the yoke, you'll need to identify which one does. If they are out of stock for that one, try also any part-time 79 Ford 4 x 4(Bronco, F-150/250) or a 78 F-250 with 4500# front end(snow-fighter). The vendor where you got the yoke may also be able to help.
