That sucks man, I got jacked recently too. Some dooche bag wrecking yard tol me they had a dana 60 front in a fullsize chevy. I asked him a million times are you sure its a dana 60 not a 44 he was dead set on it being a 60. Well on my day off I drove all the way down there which took 2 hours and the piece of sh!t was a 44 not a 60. Then the moron continued to try and convince me it was a 60... I was pissed!!!!

I feel your pain, badassjeepguy, but to counter the gloom, occasionally luck happens as well. It doesn't happen to me very often, butlast month I am walking through one of the local pick and pull yards and almost literally stumble across one of the most rare, rear full floater Dana 60HD units with 1.5", 35-spline axles. I picked it up for $250 Sure, sh*t seems to happen far too much these days, but occasionally some great stuff sneaks in

Well if it makes you feel better; I missed a pair of front/rear 60's out of a '78 F250 at Pick a Parts, $250 pulled and loaded on my trailer...only freaking pair I have ever seen there and I missed it
