Vintage Regulator and ??

I got this as a gimme while buying some other junk. I couldn't find anything like it on Binks site. Anyone know if it is also a filter/water seperator and what the electrical contact is for? Each of the 4 ports pointing down has its own valve, 3 have Output engraved on them, the one with the male fitting has Input engraved in it. If the one with the male fitting is really the input then what is the big whole on the back of it for?

Any info would be appreciated

the sensor could be a water sensor or somthing. the valves look like they turn on/up/down or off the air.
