Short version: I need two holes enlarged and a piece milled. Any recommendations in the Sac area?

Long version:
I need a reluctor ring bored out, a piece of tube bored out, and an output housing milled for a VSS.

Picture shows the housing and reluctor ring:

The cut is the small red line. The blue block is where the bored tube with the vss will pass through. The reluctor ring is to the right.
