Anyone know what the thread size is for a common valve stem. Does 5/16 32 sound right?Where could I buy a tap this size? Trying to make a custom air fitting and no one seems to have this size.Thanks DAVE.

I bought a small tire valve tool from Walmart which has a tap on one side. If I remember correctly it was less than $5.00.
