What would you want? We have a few designs, and were trying to get an idea what people in the real world need. Were not using hiem joints, I've broken too many of them, and there not DOT approved, but if you want to drill the arms out were thinking about blanks in those case's. I'm really wondering what works, obvoisly angled at 10*, but where to position the actual holes for various applications. Who needs them a little taller, and exactly how tall? Any input would be great, pictures of what you've built, etc. Thanks.

longer on passenger side w/ two tapered holes for one ton chevy tie rod ends. one hole rolled up ten degrees and the other seventeen degrees(draglink).

Everybody needs something a little different it seems.
Definitely angled. Is it possible to machine knurls or similar into the bottom, so the arm has some "tooth" to bite into the knuckle better?
On mine with SOA/ 7 leaf pack/ crossover I had to use a 1" spacer, and still bend up for more clearance above the spring.

If it were me I would make sure they use the OEM tappered cone washers and studs for mounting, have arms that will work with a stock hummer rim, and weld on the spring cap or machine it so that washers are not needed to properly space the spring.
