I want to get a chip/tuner thing for my 6.0 PSD. I don't need a $500 power adder, multi-setting, thingy.. I Just want one that will get me better MPG :)

:shaking: There's a difference between throwing away money for fuel and wanting to save the money to buy more cool shit :shaking: Just because I HAVE money doesn't mean I need to waste it... esp when there are ways to SAVE IT. Pure genius I do say!

Try Eric at Innovative Diesel. One of the best 6.0 tuning guys out there, he should be able to help you out, or at least tell you what is possible.

if you're only looking for better mpg then the ROI is going to be close to eternity.

that being said SCT is your best option and then spend the money to get tunes from your choice of tuner.

Call Tony Wildman up or DP.
Your better off getting a custom tune for your truck than spending buku bucks on a tune for 30,000 trucks.

One thing that will really help your mileage is keeping it under 2,000 RPM. You will use quite a bit less fuel.

Meh, when you are putting on 10k+ miles per-year minimum it starts adding up.

The edge evolution picked up 2 mpg when it's set to econ @65mph , I lose 2mpg set on the 100HP tune @65mph
