Way off topic...but where are you from????? I went to school with a Jason Starnes. The tighter the radius, the more it will distort the tubing when it bends it, especially on tight bends.

i would get the tightest radius they offer.

pros.

they look better

you can always make a smaller radius fit but can't always make a larger radius fit.

tighter bends possible.

The tighter the radius the thicker the minimum wall thickness you can bend, or the larger the radius the thinner wall thickness you can bend. Wall thickness is kind of a consideration...

and if the tube distorts it may be because of...

- too thin a wall for the radius of the die
- there may not be enough counter bend pressure
- wrong size die for the tube you are bending
