Preferably, it is something I want to do at home. I think its www.por15.com FeCamel 08-07-2002, 07:18 AM For surface rust, dilute phosphoric acid in a spray bottle. Converts the rust to iron phosphate just like those POR-type paints/primers. That way it prevents future rust too.
