I have a set of custom built front upper control arms that use 3/4x3/4" rod ends with custom high misalignment spacers to reduce to the stock bolt size. The rod ends keep developing enough slop that I can hear it at low speeds.
Is there another product that has a 3/4"-16 male threaded shank and fits in the frame end of the front upper control arm?
Thanks,

A small Summit joint fits in the frame. You'll need to fab the shank

Will this work?

I think it was Poison Spyder that used to make some of these "Boulder Bushings" and theirs were 3/4-16, I'd bet these ones probably are too.

These may be better:

These are for different mounting widths and bolt diameters than the TJ upper frame mount. The Summit jiunt mentioned above will probably work. I sent an email to summit about them.

I just put in JJ's in my uppers. The small joint is 3/4"-16 and fits in the stock TJ brackets. I did have to drill the mounts out to 7/16" from the metric size they were stock.
